I only went in to ask a simple question, but wont be returning based on the interaction I had with this lady. Very Rude.
I went here after I got off work, the door was still unlocked and the "Open" sign was happily lit - as soon as I walked in the door I was informed, very rudely that they were closed. I apologized and informed the lady that the door was unlocked and the sign was on - she responded, "I know" and went back to counting her drawer.
I had been trying to get a haircut all week at several places around town that were solid booked and didn't take walk-ins. I didn't want to go to great clips because I wasn't sure of the expertise. I was wrong!!! I had really long hair and the hairdresser did a great job giving me a stylish medium length and I've never been happier.
Worst hair cut i ever got , paid for a beard trim too, total was 18 bucks. The lady cut my hair in no way like it was styled when i came in, its not even faded right to were i can style it at all. My beard was trimed poorly and for some reason my mustache was left long, how weird is that. Sad when you have to go home and recut your own hair after paying 20 bucks.
Best thing to do is get the Great Clips app and check in before you arrive! Saves time every time!
Franklin, NC Great Clips is a Great hair Salon with complete services for everyone in your Family. I Truly Love the online Check in which makes wait times almost none at all. When I Check in online before leaving home it saves my place in line before I even arrive. Then I give my name when I walk in the door and they take me back. My only con is not having the same stylist each time. Not that each stylist isn't qualified but some do a better job than others. But that is no refection on Great Clips. All in all I recommend the Franklin, NC Great Clips. But If your looking for a spa experience I highly suggest you look elsewhere!
