Called on a Saturday to get about 200 sq ft of carpet cleaned due to our hot water heater dripping while out of town the quote they gave us was $500-$550! Needless to say we did not use them.

My experience with Servpro of Nantahala was top notch. Attention to all details, customer servicer over the top and each day that my house was being "dried" out from severe water damage someone from the company stopped by to check to make sure everything was running properly and measured for the wetness. Part of our floor had a very expensive porous tile and these guys made sure we did not loose one tile nor did any break.
