I question the reason for not letting customers come into the store earlier as they state that it will cause the other dogs in the store to become anxious but I have been to many groomers and I never had a groomer request that. It makes me wonder what's actually going on during the day with no customers in there. When I called I heard a dog in the background crying very loudly and actually asked if it was one of mine the woman said no it is not. Of course it was someone's dog though. When my wife went into pick up the dogs there was another dog on the table that was crying very loud also. Since I do not live in the area I do not have to worry about visiting this location again, but I would say to everyone in this area to take a close look before they leave their dogs here.

I have gone to this groomer for 5 1/2 years.can't say enough about how I love taking my little dog there. He gets so excited when we pull up. Maggie is great with Jake. Always pleased with work, she's the best !!!
We were disappointed when we left our two dogs with this groomer. First they had us bring them in at 9 o'clock and stated that we should have two dogs back by lunch time. After 2 o'clock I was calling them and requesting a completion time for our dogs. They stated it would be about 45 more minutes which ended up being another hour. When we got our dogs, the nails have been cut so short that they were bleeding on one of our dogs. Our other dog is 16 years old and should not be held in a groomer for six hours because of the stress induced on her. We were told since she was an older dog they would work on her quickly so that they could get her out, but that did not occur. They actually had the dogs until shortly after after 3 o'clock. This means the dogs have no water no bathroom break and we're stressed for over six hours.
