Terrible customer service. I've waited nearly 20 minutes while a technician chatted to a customer while totally ignoring the growing line of people. Not very friendly pharmacists to boot. This has not been a one time occurrence and they won't be getting my business again. Stay away unless you enjoy standing and waiting.
You people seem to be more concerned with hurrying up the customer's call than assuring they are listening and collecting the information carefully. Interrupting people is not very professional.
Love the store, wish had fresh salad bar, nice workers, they have lowered prices all over.
My wife and I trade at this Bilo constantly and we both are sick and tired of picking up ""OUTDATED"" products on the shelves. It doesn`t take much for an employee to check the dates while fronting the products or filling the shelves. My wife just yesterday spent almost $100 and when she came home she noticed that one of the two loaves of bread was outdated today the fifth and the other the seventh. A neighbor and I were just talking over the weekend about this problem and he said he picked up an item that was outdated by 12 months---A YEAR!! He approached the Manager and she said that it must have come from the warehouse but if that were true the stocker should have caught it when he stocked the shelve if he fronted the product.
Also slow service, from experience locally owned Smart Pharmacy is the way to go!
