No personal in house experience, but as a visitor, the staff seem somewhat helpful and the facility, (outside the inmate dorms) is fairly clean for guests and family. I am peeved that to load money on an inmates commissary there is a whopping $3 "convenience charge" (for what?!) On the ATM. And books must be sent directly from the manufacturer. Plus inmates are only allowed 3 printed pictures of loved ones.
