Very friendly shop and willing to help as best as possible. Shop is as clean as can be for a functional shop and the service is great. Prices are reasonable, however, must call to make an appointment. Would highly recommend.
I picked up a U-Haul this morning to move to Georgia. Made it three quarters if the way when I heard a knocking in the motor. Pulled over to check and guess what???????? The truck had NO OIL, NOT A DROP!!!!!!! I phoned the shop and was told, after explaining the situation, that it was not their responsibility and the call the 800 number. That was 4 hours ago and I am still waiting for a tow truck because it was "not their responsibility". Think before you get a U-Haul from them. Time, money, and mostly patience down the toilet!!!
