I can't say enough about these guys. I foolishly ran down my battery while watching the solar eclipse. Tried to jump start the car, but no luck. I had no cell service, so I got a ride into town. I picked Ridgecrest because they're open 24 hours. Jeremy at the office was courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Brad the tow truck driver brought me back to my car (braving the post-eclipse traffic) and was able to jump start my car. I was an out of towner desperate to get back on the road fast. They could have easily overcharged me, but quite the opposite. These guys are reasonably priced, prompt, friendly, and honest. Highly recommended.
Arrived within 45mins of calling AAA and had my car loaded onto his truck within 10-15mins. The staff was very courteous over the phone and the driver (Brad?) was very polite--and skilled, to make it up my steep driveway! Thanks for a great service :)
Very thankful to Ridgecrest Towing for coming so far to tow my van so late at night. I wasn't with the van and driver, Joey kept me posted when the van was loaded and then unloaded at dealership. Dispatcher, Frank and Joey are very friendly and professional. Thanks Guys!

Good Sam Roadside put me in touch with Ridgecrest. Was hesitant at first about being towed to Ridgecrest Shop instead of Freightliner. Things worked out great, the crew at Ridgecrest got the problem diagnosed as a bad diesel oil cooler correctly and replaced it quickly. It did take my services as courier for the parts but I was on the road in a little more than 24 hours. Thanks to Jeff, Michael, Chris, Brad, Jeremy and of course...let's not forget Joe for making sure everything could happen.
I wanted to share our wonderful experience with Dennis from Ridgecrest Towing a few weeks ago. My husband and I went over to Fontana Lake for our anniversary sunset boat cruise. It was late when we got back to our car and everyone was gone when we realized we had a flat tire. My husband tried to change it but with no luck so we called for towing. We were in the middle of no where, it was dark and late when Dennis (our angel) showed up. We finally got the tire off and spare on however the spare was flat too! We had no way to get back home and we had farm animals that still needed to be feed and locked up. Dennis got our car on the truck and proceeded to take us all the way back home to Franklin, it was past 1:00am by now and the road home is very dark and very curvy. Dennis stayed calm, alert and cheerful... he even let me keep my window rolled down all the way due to my car sickness, I thought that was very kind. I was pretty upset and exhausted by then but with Dennis staying calm and focused I just knew we would make it home safe and sound. We arrived home around 3:00 am and I was so grateful to Dennis for all his help, I have no idea what we would have done if he had not brought us home. Ridgecrest Towing is an excellent company, we had to use them just a few months before this and the service was excellent as well. My husband and I will always be grateful to Dennis for rescuing us that night, he was our angel in the tow truck and we will never forget him!!
