DO NOT USE FRANKLIN FLOWERS!!! We only get one chance to honor a loved one at their funeral. I called and spoke with an elderly woman at Franklin Flowers to send a moderately expensive arrangement to a dear departed friend. I found out 2 months past the funeral the flowers were never sent!!! I called and the lady remembered speaking to me and went back through her paperwork but could not find anything on it. She never charged me, but the flowers were not sent. When I started to (nicely) complain that I do not understand WHY the order was not filled SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Not cool....very sad...especially when the economy is so bad. Should have used JUST FLOWERS!
