Incompetent! Flowers were not even close to the bouquet I ordered. The picture I ordered from had at least nine roses that I could see from the front. The actual bouquet had two roses and three carnations. Seriously?! I paid $55 for that? They were delivered a day early. My mom's 80th birthday is TOMORROW, and the flowers were supposed to be a surprise. Thanks for spoiling it! I even spoke with Jane, the owner, to discuss delivering to a hair salon instead of my mom's house, which Jane said they were going to do. I did not request them to be delivered ON OR BEFORE January 18. I ordered them for delivery ON January 18. When I tried to call to discuss, no one answered the phone.
I ordered Get Well flowers on Friday afternoon about 1-1:30PM. The confirmation stated that they would be delivered THAT day. I received a call AFTER 4:00 Friday explaining that the delivery guy had left for the day..Why didn't someone call sooner? I was told they could deliver the next day, which was alright, but then told Monday at latest. I wasn't thrilled. My sister didn't receive them until Tuesday. THE FLOWERS WERE WRONG! I overpaid and they should have delivered at least the next day after ordering.. $10 delivery fee.

Oh boy... real winner right here! I called from Illinois to send flowers for a Funeral. An older woman answered the phone 'Hello' so I asked if this was the floral shop..she says yes..then mumbles something about being on main..etc..im not sure what she really said. I repplyed Im not really sure about what you said, Im calling from Illinois..her reply was..well whacha want lady? I replied..umm nothing now..but thank you. and hung up. HUGE Thank you to Sweet Stems Flower Bar...for helping me through an order and sending me a picture of what I ordered..Beautiful!

Update: I called back but no one there could help me. The first guy I spoke with passed me off to the delivery driver. The delivery driver had no idea why he delivered the flowers early. He said he couldn't help me. When I asked to speak with someone in charge, he said he didn't know who that would be. OMG! Then I asked for the owner, at which point the delivery driver told me she wasn't there.
I am so grateful that Jane did such a wonderful job with the funeral flowers I sent representing our company for a co-worker. She went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion to show our love and respect for our associate. I will be happy to call on her again anytime I need her.
was my gramma's birthday and they did amazing with the flowers and chocolate...great service and beautiful arrangement...........
