Anyone who wants to see how a real grocery store is supposed to look, PLEASE, shop at an Ingles. You will not find a better store within 5 states. Professionalism is the name of the game here.
Did self check out, I had some items that didn't ring up correctly, it was a big deal for the manager to check it. And I asked about coupons and the kid that worked there had no idea! Really? Do you not train your employees on how to handle questions? He just dismissed my question and I said then you need to ask someone who kmows. It's a wonder there still in business.
Ingles stores have never let me down. All clean, neat, large variety in most of the stores. Some stores are small. Overall a good shopping experience.
Very nice store with easy on/off access. Never crowded. Nice produce, clean and well stocked, and a decent selection of beer!
Awesome Store and great service proud to have such a beautiful store and so very clean in Franklin, and Starbucks is a plus to it as well !!
