Food tasted great but it took a long time for them to make it
Quick service. Food was good. Prices good. Clean restrooms. Although it was out of toilet paper.
Just finished breakfast and it was fantastic. Food was awesome and service was great!!! They are open trying breakfast. You won't be disappointed with lunch or dinner.
This is one of the worst restaurants in Franklin NC. After looking for a good place to eat at for lunch we rolled in here. The server was super sweet and the owner came and asked how it was we said good to make the man feel good! It was 1:30 lunch time and we where the only people in the place. I processed to look him up and came across his interview with New 13, his interview was cringing to watch he has no idea what he even serves or what his own terms mean! Not to mention the food was so bland. it was kinda of quiet at the end of our experience and you could hear him and some other person cussing and yelling with our server in the back... very unprofessional and we will never be coming back! 10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND
The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was the service. The food was delicious, tacos, sandwiches, soup, and BBQ. We tried some of everything. The pimento cheese sandwich was on special, and I'd never tried anything like it but was pleasantly surprised. The absolute only concern I had was the wait staff. They were attentive in the beginning and the place was close to full on a Saturday afternoon around 1 pm. We were by no means done eating when our server came over to tell us our bill would be at the register. I assume this was her way to say she was done with us. At that time my water was empty, and I then shared my daughter's drink with her. And we wanted cake and a Togo box too. Disappointed with the staff and also that there is no totalled bill or even prices written to look at. They can easily overcharge if they wanted to. Again, the food is delicious, was served hot, although a bit of a way (I'm willing to wait for good food). Get a 5 star experience by ordering to go here.
