Hubby & I come here seversal times during the open season. We've been coming for 16 years so Jerry is as local as they come. Always fabulous. The stop point for tubes is very well marked so u must not be paying attention. Very peaceful.
This a cool little spot. On a whim I called late in the day to see if I could canoe down the little TN river. They said sure come on in. The lady that greeted me suggested that I would enjoy paddling in a Kayak better. She was right. Water levels were a little above average but it was a very calm trip. They offer 1.5 and 3.5 hour floats. When I reached the end point, I called Jerry and he quickly came and drove me back to where my vehicle was. Thanks!
Do not go here if you're a local. These are con artists on drugs. If you take 2 cars and can drive to drop yourself off they charge 10$ a person. We had 6 people. They charged us 60$ just to get off their land. 3 hours to go down public property costs 60$, They need to either limit to 5$ a person when you use your own tubes or 20$ a vehicle. Save yourself the struggle and headache. You do not want your children around these junkie stunters. Drinking Miller on the river then driving you back to your car. These are felons not business owners.

My husband and I love this place and the owners! It's small, unique, and in the perfect setting. If you're looking for a commercial campground experience then this isn't the place for you.
