If you have children do your research. I would like to comment on a very poor business practice. I ask if we could check in early. She replied yes just give us untill 12:00 to clean the spot. We arrived a little after 12. When checking in there was a $10.00 "other charges" I ask what the other charge was for. Oh that's for early check in. This was not communicated to me at the time of reservation. We left at 9:30 in the morning, two and a half hours before check out. We ask if we could have a $10 credit for leaving before checkout time. Of course was told no. If you like deseption camp here. We wont again.
We live in the area but needed a place to take our new motorhome to check it out & relax for a few days. This park is beautiful, very nicely landscaped, and clean. Check in was good, easy & helpful on all counts. We highly recommend it to our out of state visitors.
The suggestions I have for improvement would be to make it children friendly. The only amenity is a swimming pool. I suggest a game room and possibly a basketball hoop.
We have been coming here three years now for Thanksgiving. They have a large Thanksgiving potluck lunch for the campground. New owners, and previous owners, are nice! Very clean, quiet, nice view of mountains, pool and cabins.
This campground is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Over priced, but has everything. Has banquet halls with kitchens, pool, jacuzzi, clean, stunning views. The only drawback, a LOT OF DRAMA, backbiting, especially with the front desk lady, Joyce, and the maintenance man hits on every woman he sees....very uncomfortable situation. Otherwise, good place for RVing, especially with children. Lots to do, locally!
This campground caters to retired people, which is fine.
There ate some negatives it is to close the highway. A large amount of noise comes from it. There is trucking company at the bottom of the hill. Air brakes a big rigs running in and out all the time
Well deserving of the Good Sam 10/10+/10 ratings. Nicest people. Dog friendly. Quick access to area attractions
