I bought a used hot tub years ago (from an individual, not Mountain Spring. That person had purchased it from Mtn Spring originally.) . Pretty sure the thing had been abused as it had been used in a rental property, and it was pretty old. But it's still running great after six years! Mountain Springs does a fabulous job servicing it when needed, and they have even told me things to try on my own when I was having some trouble (their advice enabled me to fix it). They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. If this thing ever dies, I'll get a new one from them.

I called these people to install a new above ground pool pump to replace an old one that quit after 7 years. All they had to do was unhook the pipes, move the old pump and plumb into the new one. When I got in from work the new pump was installed and water leaking everywhere. I called and left them a message. Their business office called me the next day and said their repair dept. would be calling me back. It's been several weeks and no phone call or return to fix it. I had to take it apart and fix it myself but it didn't stop them from drafting $248.00 from my debit card which I'll be filing a complaint with the NC Attorney Generals Fraud Dept. These people are useless scammers.
