If I could give their service department a zero, I would. I brought my 2008 H3 Hummer in because the check engine light was on. They kept it for a week then told me I needed a new motor- $8,700.00 repair. I said no thank you and picked up my truck. I took it to another local mom/pop shop for a second opinion, with the paperwork this dealer gave me and turns out- ALL I NEEDED WAS A $20 SENSOR! These people are out to rip you off. They saw a single female come in and thought I was stupid. They will never get another dime of my money.
This dealership went above and beyond! They worked everything in my favor ( which is different than previous experiences with dealerships). I got an amazing trade just before the new year. I live in a different state but the dealership came highly recommended from a family member who is local to the dealer. They worked with me and delivered a detailed and gorgeous vehicle to my door, I live in Florida and they are in NC. I will never buy another car anywhere else.
