Found a Jeep Cherokee that we fell in love with and the sales guy wasn't willing to make a single effort to work with us on the price. When I politely asked him to T/O with his manager he said, "No, I don't want him getting mad at me." We walked away because of his poor attititude and less than satisfactory customer service skills. I will continue to drive to Jacky Jones Chrysler in Hayesville for all of my vehicle purchases. They lost a customer over $1100.
