It was a useless visit. I told them that the pain I was experiencing was similar to the pain I had when I had Kidney stones. I was run in and out with only a minimal examination then gave me a couple of prescriptions that were not helpful. They were of less benefit than the medicines I was already taking. They did not listen to me or try to understand the problem. I would not go there again if at all possible. It is very substandard.
Very slow. No triage skills taking a head cold in before someone in excruciating pain. Second visit here because I’m still sick and have no choice. Waiting an hour just to be called back. My primary care Dr. is so far superior to any dr. Here it is embarrassing will not be back after today!

I was very sick with pneumonia. The staff were caring and concerned. I saw dr. Golightly and he found the problem even had me scheduled to come back the next day. In the meantime he told me to call him that afternoon if I didn't feel like I was improving a little bit. That was my first visit to a walk in facility. I would go there again. I do not live in Franklin.
