The owner was great and I really had a good experience. My daughter and I found gems to make into jewelry which made this trip all the better.
Good people, we got there just before 4 PM. Last bucket is at 4 also, they welcomed us in and helped along the way. Cant wait to go back
Great family activity! Very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. It's important to note that their gems are completely local. We dug 4 buckets of dirt out of the "tunnel" and found so many gems. They bagged and labeled them for us. My 5 year old had a blast and so did we.
My fiancé and I went a few months back and had so much fun we took the kids. We had a great time and so did the kids. Both kids found many crystals of different types. They do seed some in the piles of dirt you buy but we didn't care. We first did some digging then bought the 100 pale. The second visit we bought the 300 pale. Both were great values. We would highly recommend this to anyone. The gems shop there has great pieces at great prices. (seriously)
